Whether it’s teaching you the proper way to walk a dog on leash, or perhaps deeper issues are present, my style of dog training is geared toward bringing the dog back to balance, to being.. well.. a balanced dog. Sometimes a dog takes on the pack leader role in your pack, and you may not be aware that this has happened. Together we will bring the dog back to being the pack follower (YOU should be the pack leader).
Ideally, the training sessions should be with the dog’s owner and the dog. But sometimes, the dog might need one on one rehabilitation with me alone initially. And for this, boarding is advised. After this initial rehabilitation, the training with the owner begins. But not all dogs are required to board in my home (this is only for dogs with a psychological imbalance).
To put it simply, It’s all about energy. The most important part of training is emanating the right energy so the dog understands what we want from them. Words/commands are secondary. Become the dog, to connect with the dog.
There are so many variables to rehabilitating dogs that it’s difficult to set rates and time frames to summarize the services offered by me. Every dog is different, and special.
